Multiple system atrophy (MSA) is a complex neurodegenerative disorder influencing the autonomic nervous system and motor skills. While there is currently no cure for MSA, several treatment options are available to mitigate symptoms and improve quality of life. Available treatments concentrate on controlling specific symptoms rather than halting the
